At BROOVR™, we process orders quickly so your items can be prepared and shipped as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hrs after purchase.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Because we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, cancellation requests made after the 6-hour window may no longer be possible.

After Your Order Has Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled while in transit. You may still contact us for assistance, and we’ll guide you based on our return and refund policy.

Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
